Extremely poor unprofessional service
I ordered an 6 inch meatball sandwich. There was 3 staff members serving and once 3 customers and I was one of them. There was no politeness whilst I was deciding what to have for a few seconds the member of staff was rolling his eyes and taking in deep breaths. Which was extremely rude. My sandwich was prepared and I was asked what salad I required. I did ask them don't you normally put the salad on after you warm up the sandwich I was told we will put the salad in a bowl. Thought strange. Then they warmed up my sandwich and when it was taken out it was left on the side for nearly 10 mins by that time the staff had messed up all 3 customers orders. One staff member commented saying that don't look 6 inches and laughed with his colleague. Then I was told I have to pay for the salad then the sandwich. That's how us the customers realised our orders was wrong. Did not get an apology. My sandwich was cold. I threw it away. Never will go back there again. Subway should train there properly and how to talk to customers. Not happy and wasted money.
